金融业发展迅猛 赢得求职者追捧

金融业发展迅猛,作为公认薪资较高的行业赢得求职者追捧,竞争指数以11.84高居榜首……7月11日,南方人才市场发布2018年上半年人才供求分析报告,与2017年上半年相比,就业形势变化不大,人才供给略多于岗位需求。

从人才供求数据来看,今年上半年人才整体供求情况较为稳定,招聘岗位总数为70.73万个,同比增长25.50%;求职人数为 85.03万人次,同比增长22.17 %;求人倍率0.83,就业存在一定的竞争压力。

建筑、房地产行业人才需求旺盛

报告指出,建筑与工程和房地产行业规模较大,用工流动性较强,人才需求持续旺盛,占比分别是8.64%,6.68%,位列第一、第二;随着产业结构调整,制造业为适应转型升级的需要,不断扩大人才需求,机械/机电/设备/重工行业招聘需求占比4.79%,位列第三;随着大数据、云计算、移动互联网等新技术新产业快速兴起,信息传输、软件和信息技术服务行业人才需求也较多,占比3.02%。

非公有制企业依然是招贤纳才主力军,占比合计超过80%,显示出旺盛的用人需求。招聘需求占第一位的是私营企业,占所有招聘企业的43.22%,其次是民营企业和股份制企业,占比分别为25.43%和8.01%。社会团体和政府机关因总量少导致用人需求也较少,分别占所有招聘企业的0.14%和0.07%。
 
Non-public enterprises are still the main force in recruiting talents, accounting for more than 80% of the total, showing a strong demand for personnel. 数据显示,专业需求与行业发展呈正相关。工商管理类专业就业渠道广泛,在企业招聘需求中居首位,占总需求的3.66%;土建类专业与建筑工程行业发展息息相关,人才需求占比3.33%,位列第二。电子信息产业具有产业规模大、技术进步快、产业关联度强等特征,保持平稳快速增长,相关专业人才需求旺盛,占总需求的2.08%。机械类、管理科学与工程类和经济学类等专业需求也相对较多。

It maintains a steady and rapid growth, and the demand for relevant professionals is strong, accounting for 2.08% of the total demand. 中高端岗位或存在人才缺口

通过企业需求及求职者情况对比发现,求职者学历高于企业需求预期。企业对于大专学历的需求最多,占总需求的36.27%;其次为高中和中专学历需求,占比分别为17.85%,16.78%。求职者的学历构成也以大专居多,占求职者总数的43.77%;其次为本科学历,占比32.06%;中专和高中学历占比分别是10.58%、9.33%;硕士及以上学历求职者也达到2.22%。“企业需求与求职者都呈现高学历的趋势,尤其是求职者较企业需求来说,教育程度更高,侧面反映出学历要求较低的基础性岗位可能出现劳动力供给偏紧的情况。”南方人才市场有关负责人说。

统计显示,企业招聘薪资在3500~5499元的职位需求占比最多,占总需求的31.40%;其次为5500~7999元的职位需求占比22.38%,2500~3499元的职位需求占比11.48%;同时,期望薪资在3500~5499元的求职者占比也最多,占所有求职者的40.22%,其次为期望薪资在2500~3499元的求职者,占比19.30%,期望薪资在5500~7999元的求职者占比18.88%。

值得一提的是,8000~11999元的薪资区间内,企业需求占比高达18.82%,而期望薪资在该区间的求职者仅占10.31%。反映出企业招聘薪资较高的中高端岗位或存在一定的人才缺口,而薪资较低的基础性岗位竞争更为激烈。

从行业竞争指数来看,由于行业工作特性、入门门槛和专业程度不同,行业竞争指数差异较大。近年来,由于珠三角产业结构升级,金融业得到迅猛发展,作为公认薪资较高的行业赢得众多求职者追捧,竞争指数以11.84高居榜首;建筑业紧随其后,竞争指数10.76;房地产业规模较大,也深受求职者青睐,竞争指数高达9.58;另外,政府/非营利机构/社会工作行业岗位需求相对较少,但仍有大量求职者投递,竞争指数飙升至第三位。
