“精装修”已成大势所趋 国内家居物流企业需启

在过去的2017年,总体房地产政策不断加码,精装修政策也相继出台,并蔓延到三四线城市。目前,全国累计发布精装修政策28次,涉及到18个省,仅2017年就有7个省市发布精装修政策,包含湖北、河南、山西、辽宁、成都、天津、江苏等地,其中河南、天津均规定自2018年起保障性住房及商业住宅全部实施精装修交付。
